I called Mr. Rooter in Long Beach at 8:10 AM and asked if they had someone who could come by. Within one hour Shai and his trainee Grant were at my door. While Shai worked clearing the clog while Grant did a thorough check of all my plumbing inside and out. I was very impressed with the work and even more impressed with their attention to detail. "Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well. Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue!
