"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

"Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area.
