"Mr. Burris and his team were very professional. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment time. They completed the work in a clean and expeditious manner. They even went to purchase the parts for us because the parts we purchased in advance were the wrong ones. "Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well. Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue! Fed was honest, reliable, and friendly. Would highly recommend!"
