I called Mr. Rooter in Long Beach at 8:10 AM and asked if they had someone who could come by. Within one hour Shai and his trainee Grant were at my door. While Shai worked clearing the clog while Grant did a thorough check of all my plumbing inside and out. I was very impressed with the work and even more impressed with their attention to detail. They were fast, clean and ever so polite. Hats off to Shai, what a great technician, and his associate Grant. Thanks for doing such a great job. Let me add that the price as far less than expected!"

"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner.
