"Contacted Phil yesterday and he stated that he would contact me this morning between 7am - 7:30am. True to his word he calls me at 7:16am. He's able to arrive within 15 mins and begins work on the the water heater. While doing so he notices some calcium build up on the pipes leading into the water heater. He offers to clean those up and inspect them for issues as well. He spends a good amount of time flushing the heater out and it was obvious that there was a lot of calcium buildup present. He takes the time to recommend a whole house filter system + a whole house water conditioner system. He answered my numerous questions regarding such a system (placement, installation, etc). Estimated price $2400. He explains why I should consider it but by all means he clearly isn't try to "sell me" on it. I appreciated his input and will definitely be discussing it with the wife. Phil completed the flush and as always left the area very clean. It is now that fourth time that I have used Phil's Plumbing and he will continue to be our go to company if we need plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended."

"Saturday morning I jumped into the shower to start my day. The next thing I know the bathtub next to the shower started to backup. I called Mr. Rooter in Long Beach at 8:10 AM and asked if they had someone who could come by. Within one hour Shai and his trainee Grant were at my door. While Shai worked clearing the clog while Grant did a thorough check of all my plumbing inside and out. I was very impressed with the work and even more impressed with their attention to detail. They were fast, clean and ever so polite. Hats off to Shai, what a great technician, and his associate Grant. Thanks for doing such a great job. Let me add that the price as far less than expected!"

"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

"Jonathan was a great hire. He came and worked with my schedule and came on a quick short notice. He came for a clogged toilet and swapped my garbage disposal. The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers.
