If I could leave - stars for Randy Hartland stucco repair I would. He was the worst ever spending most of his day hitting on my wife and eventually tearing our family apart!!! Randy Hartland is a very nonprofessional unlicensed contractor who can?t see out of one eye and did a horrible job with many flaws and left me with no family and I have heard since this that he has done the same thing to many other families

The work crew was Fantastic ! The came to work early and stayed all day. Very thorough.

Very low quality of work, they want me to accept the quality of work; they have given me, no pride in their craftmanship. I am weanling to pay partial amount of the job as they did not finish the job as promised.

This company is great. Customer Service is exceptional and they are extremely communicative. The only issue I have is the price. I guess it depends on the work you need to be done, but I feel like the project maybe should not have cost quite as much as it did. I would give five stars except for the price point.

Done quickly and efficiently. A big shout out to Tina,Carlos,Levi and Brian,they kept things on track and on schedule. I highly recommend Trusted Home Contractors.

Recently my dadâ s roof blew off in a windstorm. I told him we needed 3 quotes before deciding on who should repair our roof. We contacted Trusted Home Contractors and they came out the next day to perform a full inspection of the roof and attic area. They were extremely thorough, providing numerous pictures of the damage on our roof and defects in the previous installation. Their representative, Levi, took great care in explaining the damage to my 94-year-old dad. After getting several other quotes, it was obvious to us that Levi demonstrated his knowledge of the roofing business, building codes, and insurance process. He went to bat for us with our insurance adjuster by providing key information that resulted in getting the full quote covered. We know we were not armed with the relevant information to do this ourselves. His team removed the old roof, installed a new modern roof, and arranged for the necessary building inspections, all of which were done on a timely basis. Levi really listened to our needs, both from a product and financial standpoint. He made the entire process, start to finish, easy and seamless. I would absolutely hire Levi and Trusted Home Contractors to perform additional contracting jobs in the future.

The jop was to stucco and re-paint the house. The project was nightmare. They made a mess of our pavers due to lack of ground protection while painting. It was a battle to get our pavers cleaned and repairs are still needed. The company consistently flakes and does not complete the repairs.

These guys quoted me, took the deposit, and took the first stage payment. I ordered a pallet and a half of pavers they were going to use for the job as per our contract. Weeks later when we are contacting them to schedule a start date they call and say they are canceling and refunding us our money. They state they can no longer do the job because they aren?t making enough of a profit. They wasted our time. Just bad Bussiness. The contract clearly states after a certain date we loose any payments if we cancel. In small print on the back it clears them to cancel at any time if no work has started. They have shady sales people like (Albert) who come in our home all friendly and claimed to be running things and a boss. We did think it strange he discussed with us problems with his co workers. We see now this was just a fast talking sales guy with a greedy drive only for commissions. Carlos, the one possibly really in charge is just as shady, rude, sarcastic and arrogant. I would stay away if I were you. They talk a big game and try and win you over with the Trusted home contractor name but these are really just company men working for a corporation hiring independent contractors under their license. These guys are out to get you for every penny. They took a week and a half after they cancelled to pay us back and only after it was escalated with Home Advisor,

Stay far away from this company. They are terrible, unprofessional and will not stand by their work or warranty. Just a horrible horrible experience

They seemed to be a bit rushed to squeeze this work into their schedule.

They did a very good job and the employees were skilled craftsman.

They were very efficient and timely. The pricing was competitive and the employees were very respectful.

They were committed and great to work with.

I would definitely recommend Trusted Home Contractor for any air conditioner services. Their installers are courteous, timely, and professional. My central heating and cooling unit installation was completed in one day, they also cleaned up after themselves.
