When I first met Bill, I explained to him that I had recently purchased a new home and was in the process of making some upgrades to my existing home so I could covert it to a rental. However, I didn't want to invest in a high end system since I wasn't going to be living there myself. The very next day they came out and installed an entirely new (and appropriately sized) HVAC. Since then, they've come out at the beginning of each season and given our system a tune-up.
