Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. He referred me to a website for the Air Duct Cleaners Association and read about what air duct cleaning really does. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. Immediately looking at how new and well maintained our air system was in the attic, he told us those other companies were trying to scam us. Air Duct Professionals did a great job cleaning out all of our air ducts and dryer vent and cleaning up after themselves. We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left. "Angel was the first one to come out and ran the diagnostics on our old AC unit. With the use of a camera, he showed us the rust, decay and water damage inside. His knowledge was vast, and, if the pictures weren't enough, he was upfront and honest that we should replace the entire system before more damage was done. Also, compared to other HVAC specialists' quotes that we received none were better than MSP's. It felt great knowing that we got a great deal. Within a few days, a mighty team of two, Nate and Jose began replacing our ancient AC with a more powerful one that would cool our 2-story house from top to bottom. The guys were courteous, professional, and extremely hard working. Besides the excellent job of cleaning up, they also installed a new thermostat and took the time to show my wife and I how to use it. In the end, no one like's when their AC breaks down, especially during a hot California summer, but Angel, Nate and Jose saved the day. So to those 3 guys, thank you for keepin' us COOL!"

"The air duct system was done 1 year previous. Adequate install. My house is getting old and throughout demo some damage happened. they fixed most of it. On the HVAC they installed A rating. But one electrical box and breaker was sold to me but not used. when they inspect it in summer I would think they would install the new 50amp breaker. all in all an A rating."
