"Our heater stopped working and I called a HVAC company we previously used and I wasn't comfortable with their estimate. I called another company I found on Yelp with a good rating. They gave an estimate that half of the former company would do the same service. That company came twice. The first time the service person was in the attic for a couple of hours, his efforts did not fix the problem - nor did he clean up after himself. My family and I went out for lunch, and when we returned, we smelled gas in the house. I called the service person, who said he was with his daughter and could come back but could walk me through turning off the gas. I called the company, and they sent another service person who said I needed a part - after an hour or so in the attic. Long story short, that person came around (after I had called the company a few times to get an update), and the part he used did not fix the problem. That was three weeks ago - they ghosted me! I have left numerous messages ... crickets. Yaeger Services, on the other hand, sent a technician promptly. They worked on the issue, spoke with the manufacturer, got the part, and fixed our heater. Their employees were focused, knowledgeable, and clean. They identified and fixed the problem in two visits - at a reasonable cost. The total was less than the initial estimate I received from the company we used in the past. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and thoughtful throughout our situation! show more

We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left. "The installers were excellent. Our city inspector made a point of commenting that the installation was well done and that even the new code requirements that he typically has to point out were completed properly. However, I did not have the best experience with their back office team. I was notified months after the job was completed that I was at risk of losing my $3000 rebate because the completion paperwork had not been filed. If you plan on using them in conjunction with rebates, I would definitely follow up to ensure that the completion paperwork has been filed properly. Only after I followed up with them did they finally submit the paperwork, which was confirmed by a subsequent email from the rebate source. I also had to chase them down to complete the contracted scope of work (insulation) after completion of the HVAC installation.show more
