When I first met Bill, I explained to him that I had recently purchased a new home and was in the process of making some upgrades to my existing home so I could covert it to a rental. I didn't have any air conditioning so that was my priority but I was considering replacing the original furnace at the same time if the price made sense. However, I didn't want to invest in a high end system since I wasn't going to be living there myself. Bill quoted me a great price for the A/C and new furnace so it made financial sense to do them both at the same time. One of my other quotes was literally double for the same scope of work. Bill came in with his crew and they were professional and efficient and completed both A/C and furnace installs in about 7 hours, including running all new piping and electrical for the A/C. "Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way.
