We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left. His knowledge was vast, and, if the pictures weren't enough, he was upfront and honest that we should replace the entire system before more damage was done. Also, compared to other HVAC specialists' quotes that we received none were better than MSP's. It felt great knowing that we got a great deal. Within a few days, a mighty team of two, Nate and Jose began replacing our ancient AC with a more powerful one that would cool our 2-story house from top to bottom. "The air duct system was done 1 year previous. Adequate install. My house is getting old and throughout demo some damage happened. they fixed most of it. On the HVAC they installed A rating. But one electrical box and breaker was sold to me but not used. when they inspect it in summer I would think they would install the new 50amp breaker. all in all an A rating."
