"Scott is friendly and professional. Communication was quick. He was a few hundred dollars less than another company's quote so we hired him. The job took about a day and a half. I rated B on price because it seems like a lot for floor cleaning, but I guess that's what you pay in SoCal! The stone is absolutely clean & shiny, but it wasn't too bad to start. The dingy grout was the reason for the cleaning. Plus, some grout had become missing. Scott replaced the missing grout. However, overall the grout is not as light as when we moved in 2.5 years ago, but Scott assured us he cleaned as clean as it could be. He suspected our maid was using something oily like Pine-Sol, but I found out later they use a stone & granite cleaner, so that's not it after all. I hope the 'clean' lasts longer than a couple of years. If not, we may bite the bullet and replace with engineered wood. Our previous residence had wood and in the 5 years we lived there, it never needed this type of cleaning and always looked gorgeous!"

"Excellent. Peter Mangel did the work. He was thorough, efficient, & friendly. I used the Real Deal coupon--$129 for 3 hours of caulking/grout restoration + paid an additional $91 due to extra time to complete the job. The additional cost was discussed prior to the start of the job. It has been about 3-1/2 months since he performed the work, & all still looks new. The contractor that remodeled my bathroom actually had used sand grout around the bathtub (twice because it only lasted a couple of months before chunks of grout dislodged around the tub, so this contractor returned to "fix" it). It was obvious the sand grout was not working & silicone was a better solution. The colored silicone installed by Peter looks great. Definitely would hire again."

"Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well. We will definitely be calling Steve again in the future."
