Highly recommend! We have been needing grout repair in our kitchen and multiple bathroom/shower areas for quite some time. Steve and his assistant did such an amazing job. He arrived on time, was professional, communicated clearly throughout the project, and finished the extensive amount of work in a very timely manner. I am so relieved to finally have this work taken care of and I would absolutely use Steve again for any projects in the future.

We needed grout repair in the kitchen and shower. The corner joints between the counter top/floor and walls had cracked. Steve did an excellent job. He came on time, communicated well, maintained the work area clean, and did an excellent job. Price was communicated in advance. The entire experience was satisfactory and would use Steve again in the future.

Good work and great value. Only downside was that Steve was booked out for 3 months, so we had quite a wait to have our shower regrouted. A busy tradesman is always a good sign - shows they do good work and are sought after.

he is unprepared, does not bring a drop cloth nor plastic to line your tub, he will pour the residue of his work down the toilet without asking if it is ok to do so, he will not even use the proper tool and will scratch your tub ceramic coating, he will not even caulk properly and he has a disability where he cannot even bend his back nor sit without help from his helper lady.

Great service and quality. It wouldnâ t let me give five stars, but thatâ s what I would give. His schedule was full , but still squeezed us in. Couldnâ t be happier with his work.

Steve and his assistant did a excellent job on my 22 year old shower. Looks like a new shower. I would highly recommend him.

Steve the Grout Guy arrived at my house at 8:30am to clean and repair my 18 year old tile floor and grout. He and his crew needed to remove 9 loose tiles, re-attach and grout. Meanwhile his additional crew member was cleaning the rest of the flooring. They pulled up, re-cemented and re-grouted the 9 tiles and cleaned the entire tiled area (about 1800 sq. ft) without chipping, breaking or damaging a single one, in about 3 hours time! Did a really wonderful job, and very reasonable!! You cannot even tell which 9 tiles were redone he did such an excellent job of matching existing grout. I would definitely call Steve the Grout Guy again for any future tile jobs if needed! Honest, hard working, polite and very efficient!

Highly Recommend I donâ t review immediately, I like to see how it is so on September 30th Steve and his crew arrived on time to repair/replace the grout floor/perimeter in our master shower. The shower was done over 15 years ago; my husband patched the perimeter of the shower a few times, but we knew we needed professional help. Steve said he couldnâ t match the existing color of grout, but in my opinion he did or near perfect match. The floor especially the perimeter hasnâ t looked this good in a very long time. I would highly recommend, cost was reasonable, they were professional and customer service was excellent. Everything went smoothly in less than 2 hours and looks fabulous. I know longer have worries that it might be leaking. We will definitely call back for other tile work in the home that needs some expert care. Call and talk with Steve the Grout Guy you won't be sorry!
