Sparkclean Window Washing - Unlicensed Contractor

Michael and his assistant worked hard to pressure wash the concrete tile roof. We also hired them to come back next week to clean exterior windows.

Great work. Very Professional. Arrived on time and were very pleasant. Michael and his crew were even able to refurbish all the window screens including a trip to the hardware store for parts to repair the frames. I will continue to use Sparkclean for our future needs.

Had a bit of scheduling issue but the cleaning was done well. They use special dedicated pressure washing equipment that allows for efficient and effective cleaning of the windows.

They still have our screen that they broke and have not returned. Said they were going to Home Depot and we never got it back. They did not clean the tracks. When I called they said that that cost an extra three dollars per window and that they only wipe them otherwise. Which they did not even do. I cleaned all my own tracks after they left. I think the company is dishonest and truly they have our property which we paid them to fix and now I am considering it stolen. Please take them off your list. We gave them many chances to fix this situation and they did not. It was a horrible waste of money. September 5, 2021: Still waiting for our screen to be returned. They said that they would return it after they saw the above review. But first they tried to pretend like they did not even work at our house. Hmmmmm! Please save yourself the grief and hire someone else.

Michael and his team were great to work with and they did a great job on the windows of my 2-story home. They cleaned all of my windows inside and out, cleaned all screens and tracks. They were also able to repair screens that needed repair. I'm glad I found Sparkclean and will definitely have them clean my windows next time!

My window count was off, so it cost a little more than I thought it would, but not any more than I have paid in the past. They were professional and did a great job. My one requirement was that they did not climb on my tile roof, but must work from ground for upper levels. They did.

Michael arrived on time and provided me a estimate prior to the start of work. The work was completed in a timely manner. My windows really are sparkling clean. I had no idea how dirty they were before.
