"The entire process was smooth from start to finish.  Scott called back promptly following my initial phone call.  The following day he arrived to view the job and give the estimate.  He was clean, tidy, polite and respectful and gave me a quote after performing a thorough inspection of the job and asking me exactly what I wanted.  He made suggesstions where needed but was not overbearing or pushy.
Scott was consciencious, careful, and particular about doing the best job possible  I was very satisfied with the end product; Scott is a real  "sweetheart".
I have two other wooden floors and when it is time to have them refinished I shall definitely be using Scott.  I would also recommend him to friends and family.

"If there were an A+ I would have given that grade to Peter and his company. The area that was to have grout removed and redone was immense. Peter did the job in three days. He removed all the grout by hand and his regrout method was so clean. There was no disruption to the family during that time. "I was hoping to remove and replace my 50 year old tired and broken tile in the kitchen with something fresher but after talking with George, he suggested I replace the tile with granite counter tops. Now top grade counter tops for my kitchen would generally cost about $3K plus installation but George knew of a granite product which he quoted me $1400 to install.  There was an additional cost of $150 for a new stainless sink but I didnt think that was too bad.  I could have skipped the sink but because of space limitations, the granite top would have had to be cut in half around the sink and I didnt think I would like that look.
Georges workers did the job in just a few hours and my wife is very happy with the results.
The project left me needing to call a plumber to install the sink connections and garbage disposal but now everything is just fine.

"They spent the time on the dirt that was needed to do a quality job. I had some horrible high traffic areas . Very pleased with the quality of the work. I had a previous cleaner that I had used for 20 years. He retired so I was in the market for a new, local, quality carpet cleaner. I suspect that my previous carpet guy was drastically under charging the going rate. I would use again and recommend even though they were more than double my previous guy. Wonderful all the way around"

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked.
