It was a pleasure to have worked with Green Construction. They did exactly what I asked them to do, in a timely manner, at a fair price and cleaned up after themselves when they were through. The project came out beautifully and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking honesty and punctuality for their project, along with a job well done.

Green Construction is not capable of doing travertine floor installation. They told us what they wanted us to here but didn't do what we wanted. We had to hire another contractor to correct the mess and do the installation right.

Used Roy for custom painting of entire home, installation of crown and base molding, installed new window sills in all windows, installed wood flooring on main floor of home including stairs. Roy even did all of the extras such as installing all new lighting fixtures and new door hardware. This was absolutely the best experience that I have ever had in either my own home or any homes that I use as rentals. The quality and workmanship was excellent. Communication was excellent. Cost was excellent. Time frame to finish job was excellent. I will definitely use Roy again on any job that I need and I can genuinely refer him to anyone.

Roy did an excelent job on the 2 bathroom in my house. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time but they took care that the house was left clean every night. The tile work perfect and Roy was very understanding when the cabinet arrived late. Many extra small details that were not part of the project were done at no cost or very reasonable. I guess the best recomendation I could give would be when I need more work in my house, Roy will do it.

There are many great things about working with Roy. To name a few, Roy bid the job the day I called him. He gave me a timeframe of how long the job would take and he finished earlier than expected. Roy worked on the house himself and was here the entire time if I had questions. Roy and his crew were very professional and quiet - I didn't know they were here half the time. Roy was great to work with. He is friendly, helpful and strives to provide good service. His crew painted the interior of my house (2300 sq ft with different colors) within a week and did a great job. He offered help with putting up mirrors, etc., made cosmetic suggestions that really helped and even referred me to others for good service. The place looks wonderful.

I was very pleased with the job Roy did on the exterior painting of my home. When Roy came out to give me a quote he was on time, clean and very professional. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take to finish and that is exactly how long it took. I am a perfectionist and it is very hard to find someone to do a job I am happy with but Roy did an excellent job. I would recommend Roy to all my friends as well as having him paint again when the time comes.

I hired Roy to tile my kitchen floor and backsplash. He gives great attention to detail and I truly appreciate that! He is punctual, reliable and dependable. I only dinged slightly for Cleanliness because there were scratches in our stainless steel kitchen sink from the bucket used to mix grout. He's been great to work with and I have hired him for other projects!

Roy and his guys did a great job replacing the wood fence along my property line. They finished the job well within the estimated time frame, which was important for us. The finished product is top-notch.

Roy did a terrific job on painting my home interior (living room, dining room, stairway, loft office and master bedroom - all vaulted ceilings). I gave a lower score on Quality and Cleanliness due to the fact that pain splatter was found on my carpeting, curtains and windows in the area painted last - as I understand this was a bit rushed to meet the original deadline. The quote was within my budget. Roy and his staff were on time every day and were quick, efficient and, for the most part, clean. Roy was patient and easy going when faced with last minute requests during the project.

Overall we were very pleased with the work Roy did. He stayed on schedule for the most part,his communication with us was very good he delivered what he promised and when and the completed work was very good. The only concern I had was in the lack of protection to the rest of the house in preventing the dust particles from settling all over the rest of the house.It left a fine layer of dust that had to be cleaned twice in one week. Also the remediation work was done correctly and completely to pass rigid inspection and clearance but took extra time because of lack of precautions and sealing off of area in the beginning.

Excellant all around. Will hire direct for future work (Door replacements and complete exterior prep / paint) in the very near future. And they're NICE people.

He went above and beyond on the majority of the work. I would use him again but I would manage it more closely and not give remainder of money to them until the walk thru was done to satisfactory. I had a house that I was wanting to get sold so I was on a time limit. The weather did delay us a bit. When it came to the painting, I feel it was done sloppy. Plus it took a lot of time from my cleaning people to clean out my sinks from them using the sink as a place to clean brushes. (Which I did ask them not to do)

I have hired Roy and every thing is going really well. I will update the rating when the work is completed.
