About a week after my conversation with the salesman, a person called from DaBella and asked for a review of my experience. I finally hung up in exasperation. I have had other estimates from roofers who were able to be simple and direct. Price was a secondary factor in rejecting the company. I value simple, honest, direct people who are interested in getting me what I need and don't push."
