There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs above the estimate I had agreed to. Sylvain was on the job each day, and communicated with me often as to the progress of the project. My new patio room enclosure was completed ahead of schedule, Sylvain's job estimate was very reasonable. Sylvain is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional.
