"Eloy (A Bee Solution) is a real professional.  We first discussed the job over the phone.  Eloy indicated how he could address the situation within an hour or so of my making my call.  In less than 45 minutes he arrived, dressed neatly in his beekeeping atire, ready to go.  I showed him the location of the hive and he related exactly how, with enviornmental concern, he was going to approach the job. I was quoted a very fair price for the work and within 30-45 minutes the hive was removed.  Eloy inicated the bees would be turned over to other honey beekeepers and was on his way.

The rodents were because I had added an upper deck and changed the roof line. The trees were close enough to the house that tree rats were jumping onto my roof and burrowing into the attic. An ant colony caused the ant problem in my backyard. When we tented for termites, everyone in CA has to at one time or another, they included an ant treatment because they knew ants arrive to eat the termite carcasses. My mosquito problem was because of my pond and besides the added mosquito fish, they suggested a hanging mosquito repellent that controlled the mosquitos. AMEN Pest Control is the best!"

"Deanna at Caswest took what we thought a personal interest w our invasion of termites. She knew what to look for and where: mud tubes, frass, discarded wings. She also has Aaron with her. They checked baseboards,exposed wood, crawl space and they educated me along the way checking near plumbing since termites are attracted to moisture. In short they didn't miss a thing and we are rid of termites. This company knows what they are doing."

"I started working with the Clifton organization on some exterior wood repair on my 4 plex in Oxnard. I live out-of-town so I needed to handle this repair remotely. They provided a detailed quote based on visual inspections. Once they started, additional wood damage was discovered. They provided detailed pictures to accompany the supplemental quotes. This was invaluable to help me in understanding the scope of the work. I approved all additional work. They did an excellent job. They replaced wood siding, wood railings, garage door wood framing and many places that needed stucco repair. After this was completed, I asked if they could do some repairs to two bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, and the kitchen counter top in one of the units. It turned out they were not repairable and again they provided detailed pictures supporting the need to replace them. Once more, I approved. They selected the replacements based on my requirements.
