"They made a mistake but bent over backwards to fix it. I would say Amaral Femily Pest Control has top notch customer service."

"Chris and his team were extremely professional and friendly. They came out the same day I called them and returned exactly when they said they would to finish the job. Fortunately they were able to locate the issue and remove the carcass. Thank you Donahue termite control. I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for extermination needs!"

"The company contacted me in a timely manner. Rep was knowledgeable & took his time evaluating the condo & building. Answered all my questions. Very honest - advised he recommends that the HOA hire a pest control specialist because the situation must be addressed in the entire structure. I provided his info to the HOA."

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"Excellent. Painless. We saw dropping from our wood framed sliding glass door, so we thought it had to be termites. The last time we had termites, we tented and it was awful. We were delighted that this company advertised with KFI radio or else we wouldn't have known about them. The two licensed inspectors were very thorough. They explained how each of their treatments worked. As they found termites, they showed us the droppings. When the technicians arrived (on time) to do the work a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised how considerate they were. They were efficient, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner. We would use them again. So nice that we didn't have to move out for a few days and are confident our problem has been taken care of."

"Jetty Pest, came every week to help me out with my recent rodent problem. They were kind courteous. Let me know when they were on their way and informed me after every visit how many traps were triggered they stayed with us until the problem was resolved. Could not recommend them more."

"Wanted to leave a review for the awesome crew of pest busters . Their response was super quick and Richard came out the next day to do a thorough inspection. He took the time to walk around and point out all the problem area to me and my husband and clearly explaining our options . Since they completed all the work . All the banging and scratching noises from the rats have basically disappeared! Highly recommend pest busters"
