"Very quick response to HA invitation to quote. Scheduled work to be done and it was completed earlier than expected. The three young men who came to remove my 60 foot palm tree were fabulous. They were efficient in their process and very conscientious about their safety and protecting my property! These young men were polite, respectful and very professional. "I was in desperate need of having 3 Queen Palm Trees trimmed as i noticed they were growing too close to my home and was afraid they were going to create damage to my roof. I contacted R&R Banuelos Tree Service and they insisted on providing me a free estimate for the service. They showed up same day and priced the service with a more than fair price ! "I highly endorse this company. The owner was on site along with his workers. That doesn't ever happen! My trees look fabulous and they cleaned up every piece of wood dust and leaves. They showed up on time, asked me to look at everything to make sure it was up to my standards, and then left. Never had a better experience than this company. They are price friendly for those of us on a skinny budget. They even arranged their schedule to fit mine. Don't bother with those other high price companies when you have the opportunity to have the best with Escarates!!!!!"

"We used Torres Tree Services to cut back and shape several trees around our house. The trees were overgrown and needed some serious work. This company was extremely professional from the beginning. Their prices were better than several other quotes I got. They seemed very honest and made recommendations and suggestions, but were not pushy at all.

"We had a very sudden bee infestation in our garage mid-to-late afternoon on a Friday. Called a number of places. No one could come out. Bee Catchers could not come out right away either. I do not fault them. The difference was the level of service I received on the phone from Nicole. I told her about the situation. She asked great questions and provided great advise. So far, following her advise is working. But the moment it is beyond my control, I will be calling her and having Bee Catchers dispatched. "Luis and his team did a fabulous job with our trees. He always called me
back when I had questions and responded with expertise and
professionalism. We had a large Chinese Elm in the back yard that had
not been trimmed for several years, an Avocado tree that needed
professional attention, a Chinese Orchid and 3 trees in the front yard.
The guys were punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up the entire
yard . They were also thoughtful enough to put the potted plants back in
their right places. We're extremely pleased with the results and will hire them again.
