Two of their crew members showed up Friday on the property unannounced and started working, After a couple of quick, blunt phone calls were made, an acceptable explanation was given. It appears there was a data entry error at his end. The rest of the work crew and equipment showed up shortly after and the work was completed efficiently, quickly, and professionally.
