"Because of changing weather conditions, the initial appointment was canceled. The reschedule was for Saturday. Two of their crew members showed up Friday on the property unannounced and started working, After a couple of quick, blunt phone calls were made, an acceptable explanation was given. It appears there was a data entry error at his end. The rest of the work crew and equipment showed up shortly after and the work was completed efficiently, quickly, and professionally. Since we know little about how to maintain those trees, we were prepared to pay the original quote that included the spraying. We were impressed that he was honest and let us know that spraying should not be done at this time of year and that we would only need to pay half of what we were quoted.
