"Because of changing weather conditions, the initial appointment was canceled. The reschedule was for Saturday. Two of their crew members showed up Friday on the property unannounced and started working, After a couple of quick, blunt phone calls were made, an acceptable explanation was given. It appears there was a data entry error at his end. The rest of the work crew and equipment showed up shortly after and the work was completed efficiently, quickly, and professionally.
