Two of their crew members showed up Friday on the property unannounced and started working, After a couple of quick, blunt phone calls were made, an acceptable explanation was given. "Work was done for our HOA. The original estimate was for pruning, fertilizing, and spraying to inhibit olive growth. Since we know little about how to maintain those trees, we were prepared to pay the original quote that included the spraying. We were impressed that he was honest and let us know that spraying should not be done at this time of year and that we would only need to pay half of what we were quoted. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up completely when they were done. We will definitely use them again to spray (at the right time of year!) and to maintain those trees."
