"While the tree I had removed was successfully taken down and grinded for $500.00, Sergio did NOT state that a 15 dollar credit card fee would be added to the Invoice. My wife, who had a great working experience with Discount Tree before, is battling cancer and did not want to argue with the additional fee. I'm putting my review as a warning to those looking to hire Discount; ask questions, and put the writing. 50 dollars could have went to my wife's medication this week. Very cold how they advantage of my wife."

I initially contacted them and they were able to go to my property and give me a quote without my having to meet them. The price they gave was very competitive, and we eventually negotiated a final price that beat the competition. They showed up to the property promptly at 8:30 am and were done with the job in under two hours. They were fast, clean, and very professional. "Luis and his team did a fabulous job with our trees. He always called me
back when I had questions and responded with expertise and
professionalism. We had a large Chinese Elm in the back yard that had
not been trimmed for several years, an Avocado tree that needed
professional attention, a Chinese Orchid and 3 trees in the front yard.
The guys were punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up the entire
yard . They were also thoughtful enough to put the potted plants back in

Confusing to us. Left part of stump requested to remove, in a hurry to leave, broke a sprinkle line without offer to fix. ."
