They do the job and they're gone in about 2 1/2 hours. They clean up and they do a great job. Perfect. They are very polite, and very professional. "I called after finding 7 wasps inside our house. The gave me an appointment for the next day. The next day I got a call that Steve could come early which was very helpful. He was friendly and explained everything that he would do. He recommended treating the entire house which cost only 35 dollars more. The whole thing took less than an hour. Wasps are gone. I will definitely call him again if I need an exterminator.
