"The job: Rebuild a 45-year-old kitchen fluorescent light fixture. 8 sockets, two ballasts, 4 tubes. Both Frank and his technician Oscar were helpful and friendly. Oscar was very knowledgeable and efficient. No time wasted. He went above and beyond to clean everything. The fixture looks like new. Job site clean, all trash hauled away.
