"Tom's Heating and Air showed up early for the free estimate, on a Saturday. He figured what was wrong...the 2nd floor AC unit was shot. He made an appointment to return the following Monday at 9a He had to get in line to pick up a replacement unit at 7a - warehouse. Again he showed up about 8:55a got the new unit up and running by 10:20a. It was appreciated because the heat wave hit us, and the repair/replacement was very timely. Excellent work.
