"The air in our new house was taking way too long to cool down using our AC, and only dropped a few degrees even after running for hours.  I called another provider first, and was given a date far in the future for service.
So I tried Liberty, and the owner said that he would get Sean, who was in San Diego finishing a job, to come here next.
I was very pleasantly surprised by same day service, since it was 99 degrees outside.
Sean arrived in just over an hour, checked the freon and found it was at normal levels.  He checked the air coming out of our vents and it was mostly above 80 degrees.  
Sean climbed into our hot attic to check the air handler and found that there were gaps in the panels, which were allowing the super hot air in the attic to be sucked into the air handler...it was impossible to effectively cool this air.  Sean sealed the cabinet to eliminate these gaps, and the temperature coming out of the vents began to come down immediately.
