"We called Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter to our mothers home to deal with a clogged kitchen drain. Josh arrived on time and put his shoe covers and mask on before entering our mothers home. Josh seemed to have all the equipment he would possibly need as our kitchen drain proved to be rater stubborn but after about a half hour of hard work he announced that the drain would work. Josh cleaned up after the work was done and sanitized all the surfaces that he had touched!! We will definitely be recommending Josh and Plumbtree Plumbing to our friends and family for their plumbing needs!"

The drain stop in my bathtub broke off when I was trying to change the stop myself because the people who installed the bath tub used silicon based glue that made it impossible to unscrew the drain stop. Aaronâ s plumbing came and gave me two options, one that will cost me money and the other that would be way cheaper, if it works. They tried the cheaper option and did a great job at fixing the issue. Great and prompt service, very professional, and with intention to solve the customerâ s problem than to make money. Aaron came first and I showed him one leak near my water heater and he went directly to Home Depot and immediately fixed that problem- just as a good faith measure. Then Lalo came and the two of them talked with me about what needed to be done with several options. They gave me an estimate and I said yes. Within an hour we had three of his team working on opening up access to the areas that needed work and procuring materials. I tried to keep ahead of them moving furniture and garage stuff out of the way ( they would have done this if I hadn?t been available to do it). While they were here my wife decided she wanted some fixtures replaced and they discovered some other drain leaks and slow drains. He and his team took care of everything and would have done more if requested. Polite and helpful. They tore into the walls and ceiling to get access and they patched up and painted so you wouldn?t know anything had been done. Would I use JVM again? YES"

"Gerardo was great: on time, courteous, explained and cleaned up things well. I was able to get a same-day appt. which worked out really well for me. After cleaning my clogged drain he was able to fix an old shower hot water faucet that was worn out. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a written receipt before Gerardo left the jobsite. He said his office will send me one."
