He explained to us how the cartridge in the faucets are clean and unclogged, but the faucet body from the cheap brand is clogged and not serviceable. When Josh, the plumbing technician came to the door, he was very friendly and very courteous. He only entered my home after putting on shoe covering to protect my floors. He assessed the situation and suggested that after he clears the drain that he should camera the line to find out why the backup reacurred. After clearing the drain he camera the line and found that I had a collapse mainline pipe. He was able to uncover the pipeline and repair it. Such a great relief to get to the bottom of my problem and have it repaired in 1 day. I definitely got what I paid for the first time around. Cheap is not always the way to go with plumbing issues. Plumbtree plumbing and rooter was well worth the money. Honest, friendly and caring. They went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys"

"Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
