Arrived at the appointed time. Diagnosed the problem but did not get the refrigerator functioning before leaving. The problem was vaguely described as a frosting of the coils in the freezer preventing cold air from getting to the refrigerator section. The coils were not defrosted by the â repairâ . I had to use a heatgun on the coils which are behind the panel that had been removed but reinstalled without removing the ice and frost. A quote was left to perform a repair that is supposed to take care of the problem of insufficient defrosting. I am not happy with the service provided.

Nick was great! My washer stopped draining, and the seal was pretty worn out and dirty. Nick and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed our washer ,replaced the seal. Itâ s now running like itâ s new. It saved us a ton of money instead of buying a new washer.
