While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! He then had to cut into drywall to locate the outbound pipes, but made a mistake. The next cut he made found the water pipes but these were the wrong pipes. An emergency water shutoff to the building was required. In the end, the bill was for $1,800. They did not take credit card. No receipt was given to itemize work done. These guys, from Moor Plumbing Solutions, did work hard and got the job done but there was a serious lack of transparency from the very beginning, not to mention a near disaster."
