I did not know technicians made $500.00 hour. Wow. I went into the wrong field. I supplied ALL of the components for a simple remove/replace of a vanity. 2 hours of work including the technician having to go to the store for, wait for it, caulk. A plumbing job with no caulk on the truck. Then, wait for it again, it leaked and he had to come back. He graciously lowered the initial cost making his earnings $300.00/HR. The ladies answering the phone are very nice. Have been waiting 4 days for the manager to return my call. Still waiting.

Much of the work was done while I was out. When I came home I noticed a number of small mistakes and omissions. Mike himself came out first thing in the morning to fix all those, and even did some things that weren't part of the job.
