He explained to us how the cartridge in the faucets are clean and unclogged, but the faucet body from the cheap brand is clogged and not serviceable. "Jess and his crew did a great job recently repiping my house, both the water supply and drain lines. Jess is easy to work with and very responsive. His price was very reasonable. He came back promptly to fix some very minor issues I found (tiny leaks from the kitchen sink drain and from one of the outside faucets). Everything is fine now. The sprinklers in my backyard work better now because they're getting more pressure than they got from the very old galvanized pipes that were replaced. I'm happy to recommend him."

"We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all."

Aaron came first and I showed him one leak near my water heater and he went directly to Home Depot and immediately fixed that problem- just as a good faith measure. Then Lalo came and the two of them talked with me about what needed to be done with several options. They gave me an estimate and I said yes. Within an hour we had three of his team working on opening up access to the areas that needed work and procuring materials. I tried to keep ahead of them moving furniture and garage stuff out of the way ( they would have done this if I hadn?t been available to do it). While they were here my wife decided she wanted some fixtures replaced and they discovered some other drain leaks and slow drains. He and his team took care of everything and would have done more if requested. Polite and helpful. They tore into the walls and ceiling to get access and they patched up and painted so you wouldn?t know anything had been done. Would I use JVM again? YES"
