Called Duke and got the schedule 2days later. 
on that day, Duke is really on time, arrived my home within the time slot we set.
He is really professional and handful; quickly checked that there is a broken capacitor.
Replaced the unit in 10mins; and the AC back on-line!
Also check the refrigetor liquid for me.

He investigated the furnace, A/C, ducting, venting, and fixed a mis-installed vent, climbed up the ladder to the high vents and attic spaces to check the ducting was sound. He took the time to give me a detailed report and answer my questions, and advice how to maximize the heat. What a work ethic! I couldn't have asked for better service or technical advice. "On the weekend I called a few AC places recommended by Angie's List and HomeAdvisor, BAZ Service was the ONLY picked up the phone and made a suggestion to meet to repair the AC in an hour. Edmon and his assistance came and refilled the r22 Freon when it was emptied within 30 minutes. I checked the thermostat before, while and after Freon refilling, the temperature has dropped and the AC is cool again! Within an hour and serving on the phone and in person, I would strongly recommend BAZ Service per your AC repair needs.
