Trio Heating and Air

Trio Heating and Air was an amazing company to work with! About a month ago I had Adrian come out and give me a quote on a new furnace for my home and he was so knowledgeable and easy to understand on what type of system I was needing for my home to lower my bill. We went with Trio and they scheduled the install to be done the very next day! Ever since then the furnace has been working so good they set the thermostat up just right I barely had to change it when it become cold outside. It was such an easy and fast process. I would defiantly recommend Trio Heating and Air for any for your heating and cooling needs!

My experience with Trio Heating and Air for my air conditioning installation was exceptional. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. Throughout the installation, they worked diligently, respecting my space and ensuring everything was installed correctly. Their clear communication and transparent pricing made the experience stress-free. Now, my home is consistently cool and comfortable, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!

Our technician, Zach, was on time, very friendly & professional. He gave a courtesy call when he was on his way, which was much appreciated. He was very thorough and took time to explain and give feedback on the service. I would definitely work with this company again. Thanks Zach!
