"Perez Painting was contracted to resurface and paint our patio structure and wooden features on the front of the house. All interactions went very smooth - from defining and quoting the project, down to timely execution of the 2 day project. "I hired H2R to apply Coolwall Systems coating to the exterior of my house, and am very happy with the price, process and results. The crew worked every day until completion. They even worked the weekend to complete the job before the next rainstorm! They were very pleasant and courteous, and were thorough and meticulous throughout. When I asked about roof vents and flashings, they freshened up the paint at no additional cost - even though it was never discussed prior to start.
