"I got three bids and James's was the middle price. He arrived quickly to give me a quote, scheduled immediately a few days later when I made up my mind. His crew arrived very punctually (too early for my neighbors, but that's another story). I was amazed at how quickly they did the prep and painting - quoted me four days, painting only took two days (power wash was day before), with some touchups/finishes on day 3. And they did a great job! I had a couple quirky things that they easily folded into the job. The crew were all professional and courteous. There was small amount of painting on the ground at the base of the house (as I expected), but none on the patios/deck. They bent one screen in the process and when I pointed it out, they immediately got it replaced! They were fairly careful with the plants around the house as well. Also, I texted James a few times with various questions or requests, and he was very responsive and helpful. I really liked working with them and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future."

"Im really conflicted as to what kind of review to leave Vinetree. Frankie and the people at the company are really great. They were very nice and accommodating. They always returned my phone calls and made me feel like i could trust them. I think as people, they are great. That being said, the quality of the paint job is mediocre at best. They came back to do the requested touch ups, however, I wish we went with someone else. The paint isn't even in many places. For example. pencil markings on the door still show though the paint, there are drips everywhere, there is globs on paint in the corners on top of our baseboards, they didn't caulk our baseboards well so there are gaps, there is overspay, and paint mist on our laundry machine, when the sunlight shines on walls it looks uneven - just overall D level. I know that our schedule changed and they had to finish the job a day or so faster than originally planned but I expected a little better quality. One of the guys told me that "they aren't the most expensive so the quality of the paint job will reflect the price So while they are very nice people, I think you really do get what you pay for. They were our middle quote and we went with them because again, they are very nice and the price worked for us. But now we have to find another company to paint the exterior of our home and fix their interior mess ups. Really wish it could've worked out better."
