He was very organized from the beginning and took extra steps to keep the interior of the home clean. I can honestly say he?s a perfectionist when it comes to his work. There were many times when he wasn?t happy with the outcome of a task and I thought it looked fine and even told him such, however if he wasn?t happy with it then he would do it over. I also should mention that the project was completed in a very timely manner therefore we did not have to endure the inconvenience of a remodel longer than necessary. The week before the wedding, we lost all hot water...We had multiple plumbers over, but no one could find the solve. Two days before the wedding, we were scrambling. I called Ben, and within an hour, we had a plumber over, who fixed the issue and at a fraction of the cost. I could not recommend Ben more.
