HOME FURNACE CO

Furnace gave up the ghost two days before Thanksgiving. Brad came out first thing. Determined old furnace was shot, had Dillon out that afternoon to install new furnace. Dillon made quick and excellent work of install. We had heat by dinnertime. Great response and service. Pleasure dealing with everyone at Home. Great feeling these days when you get your money's worth.

They did a terrible job. They wasted my time and money. They tried to over charge me to fix a problem they caused. They  have a very charming way of getting you to hire them. The workers came over with mud all over their boots and clothes. The system is sort of working now but not working properly. I've had to hire another company to fix it.

They did a very good job.  It was a big project.  They were here all day.  I had no problems with them.  They were on schedule and I really love the new heater.  They are very popular.  I spent around $6000 on that work.  They are very good and will get the job done.  There is nothing to worry about with them.  They are reliable. 

We had an appointment for the morning and after waiting around until noon when no one had shown up, I called. The dispatcher had "forgotten" to put us on the list for that day. The good news is that Brad showed up later in the afternoon and was courteous and helpful. He did a thorough job checking all the vents and changed the batteries in the thermostat. The next day we turned on the heater in the morning, and noticed that it was blowing out cool air instead of warm air. We figured he had changed a setting or something. We called and set up another appointment. On the morning of the appointment, Brad called and basically tried to get out of coming over, saying that that is how the furnace is supposed to work. We insisted that he come over. He gave it a quick once over and pronounced it working fine. So now we have a furnace that blows out cool air for the first 10 minutes or so. We will not be using this company again in the future.
