Is a general contractor specializing in roofing and able & capable to determine structural roof damage and make appropriate repairs. Best cost estimate can't be determined until all shingles are removed but a better estimate might be more accurate with more of a detail observation. Such as cost of 3rd party workers to repair stucco. A better obsession of trusters &/or rafters can determine the stability of the overall roof. After competition other construction workers noted that shingles were strong and thick ready for rain, wind, & hail."
