Luis and his crew painted the exterior of our house recently. The work was nicely completed. We really appreciated Luis? attention to details. He always informed me if he spotted problems (such as dry rot and termite from our wood sidings) so we could discussed the solution. The house looked very nice after the paint job was done. A few of our neighbors also praised the work. I would definitely recommend Luis? paint work

Jose and his partner completed the porch chipping, sanding and painting for 4 days. That's how awful the porch beams were! . It was a work of art and when he installs the roofing then I'll add photos. I have also hired them to paint my entire house. I can't praise them enough.

Luis is a skilled, hard-working, thorough, and trustworthy professional craftsman who takes pride in doing an excellent job. He cleaned and restained 3 redwood decks for me, along with wood shingling around my house, repainting the white trims. I was deeply impressed with his noteworthy attention to detail in his estimate, pointing out to me many things I hadn't seen, discovering dry rot and other serious deteriorations in the woodwork that was built in the late 1970's. Too many contractors would just paint over the problems, but every step of the way Luis pointed out the situation and gave me options for repair and replacement. I feel so fortunate to have hired Luis and his team to work on restaining, repainting, repair and/or replacing all the defective wood in my structures. He did an outstanding job, and I have full confidence in his trustworthy integrity and skill. I'm already hiring him again for additional work. Luis and Manuel worked in 100+ weather to strip old paint, caulk and prime, paint two coats of excellent quality paint and trim. The house went from old, flacking paint to bare wood, then four coasts of primer and paint. They left no dry rot in place, replaced some bad wood, and left us with a house which is a joy to behold. They have invested in quality tools which work to make quick work of the hardest jobs. They were a pleasure to work with and left no detail to chance. Thank you Luis and Manuel. Job well done!

Luis and Manuel stayed to test and solve a big water intrusion problem before more rain arrived. The pricing is great, the best materials are used, and they bring experience and excellent problem-solving to your situation. In addition they are considerate and kind. Luis and his team painted the exterior of my 4000 square-foot home in Novato. The planning, execution, and final results were all excellent. His very thorough attention to detail and a highly skilled team not only took care of Painting but also replaced siding and framing due to previous weather damage. Their techniques leave an as new appearance to the house. Luis brought in another worker in order to complete the job on time. Very happy with the results.

Luis and his team did an excellent job repairing and repainting two bedrooms and a kitchen pantry for us. They are skilled, detail oriented and work quickly without compromising results. They spent additional time to get stubborn hinges onto the pantry doors, ensuring that they hung perfectly straight and had a flawless finish. I give them five stars for high quality work, easy communication, and reliable service.

Luis and his crew were impeccable in every way: showed up on time every day, worked hard and efficiently, kept the work areas clean and organized. Luis knows how to paint a house exterior. Organized approach from pressure washing to minor repairs and touch ups, then primer, then 2 coats of quality Benjamin Moore paint. The result is outstanding. Our house looks brand new! His bid was fair and better than 2 other companies. The value of the work for the price was outstanding. I really cannot say enough about Luis and his team - highly recommend them for your painting needs. At end of job they completely cleaned up , took garbage to the landfill including offering to take our own pile of garbage, and swept entire area clean. Luis and his crew definitely left the area in better shape than when they arrived.

Luis gave me a very fair price quote to paint the exterior of my 2000 sq. ft. house in Fairfax. He paid attention to specific details like making sure to use a different primer for metal gutters. He said he would start the job on July 10th and he started the job on July 10th, and he finished earlier than expected. His communication was clear and responsive. Very impressed, I would highly recommend.
