Had a yellow jacket nest in a spreading yew in a part of the back yard we (my wife two small dogs and me) use all day long in the summer. It is smack dab between the main house and my office. Found Habitat through HomeAdvisor. Placed a call Sunday morning (after being stung Saturday night) and got a call-back from Minh Hong about an hour later. He scheduled a visit for the next day and scheduled the work for Tuesday. Minh did the work himself and did a great job. He removed the nest, cleaned up the yew roots and branches and did the work for the quoted rate in less than two hours. The perfect gentleman. Much appreciated.

Initial customer service was great. Very attentive. However, we asked for an extra step in the process and they said they don't normally do that but they would accommodate by coming back in a few days. They never came back and now we have more ants...

I really like the people whom I have dealt with. They have been very professional and knowledgeable. I have only had one service with them and am scheduled for a second one this next week. But so far with just the first application they have done there has been a decrease in insects already.
