I needed to unclog my gutters, and I received multiple quotes within a few hours. Chris was not the lowest bidder (still a fair quote) but was the most responsive. On the day of the appointment I received an early-morning text from Chris asking if we could reschedule because of the rain, which makes the rooftop job unsafe, and I happily accepted the new time. After they arrived, they did the job professionaly, and cleaned everything, leaving no black streaks on any surface before they leave. I would definintely hire them again and could receommend Chris to anyone with no reservation.

When I reached out to Chris back in December to obtain an estimate on gutter cleaning and guard installation, he replied very quickly and provided detailed information on the scope of the work and without even seeing my house in person, provided precise guidance on the type of guards to get, where and when to purchase them, and how many packages I would need (he was spot on!). He also followed up regularly to check on the guards' arrival so he could schedule the service, which was successfully completed today. Chris and his crew arrived right on time (he also informed me when he was on his way) and did an excellent job. He took pictures and explained everything that was done on my roof. I cannot emphasize enough the outstanding communication and customer service provided by Chris. I plan to use them again for window cleaning and pressure washing (which they also provide!) I'm very impressed with this company, they did a fabulous job, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Hey, Extremely affordable and great service. I chose them after filtering on Yelp for companies doing gutter work with high star ratings, and then getting six quotes. Even cheaper than having my affordable roofing contractor do it as an add-on service. I recommend them highly. Chris was a pleasure to work -- he is consistently responsive and professional. I had some challenges that required him returning the gutter guards I had ordered and he did so for a fair price.

CA Wash Pros cleaned our driveway, patio and walkways. These surfaces had a ton of algae, grime and other yucky buildup on them. Chris spent over five hours on the job, meticulously going over every inch of concrete with his powerful machine. After he was done, the difference was like night and day! 5-Star Service all the way! CA Wash Pros came out to clean off the roof, clean the windows, wash the entire exterior of the house and clean all the concrete on our house we are getting ready to sell in the mountains. It was in desperate need of some TLC! They came out and provided an excellently priced quote, showed up on time, very friendly and respectful and went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this company enough, you won't be disappointed. The house looks absolutely beautiful. 10/10 would recommend and will happily use there service again in the future.

We had a great experience with Chris at CA Wash Pros when we engaged them to clean moss off my second story roof. I got multiple quotes and CA wash pro was the most competitive. I called Chris to understand his pricing and he was able to explain what was included which was basically what all the others was offering. Scheduling was straight forward and his system meant that there were reminders leading up to the day of the appointment. Chris arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and got on with the work. He was also able to clean out my gutters for a nominal fee which added extra time. The before and after pictures shows the quality of the clean and when I sent it to the solar panel company (reason for the moss cleaning), they were happy with the clean too. I was super impressed with Chris’ professionalism and communication. I later found out that he also does window cleaning as well as gutter guard installation. I will be recommending him to my friends and family for their cleaning needs. I hope his business will continue to flourish!

Chris has been great at communicating and scheduling the service. He gave us good tips as well as a good estimate for what would be performed. We got Tier 2 cleaning which includes Removing debris from gutters and roof, rinsing the gutters, patching up to 3 minor leaks (there wasn't any luckily), testing and unclogging downspouts. We are quite impressed and we will continue to use their services annually.
