"The two guys showed up right as promised, inspected the HVAC in the attic and then took a look at the 3 rooms in question. Very friendly and polite guys, wore booties to protect carpets . They were quite responsive and willing to answer questions and explain their findings. They determined that the system was working fine but that the vents in the room were set such that you couldn't feel any airflow because it was directed across the ceiling. They adjusted the flow vanes to give a more direct down flow and explained that the temperature difficulties of the room couldn't really be solved , given their locations( outside walls, over poorly insulated garage and at the end of the HVAC) absent perhaps a new 2nd system, which wasn't discussed further as that would have been too expensive."

I spoke to the manager Tyson Freeman and he introduced me to Aaron Husak who advises and configures the units. Aaron came to my home and examined the old system and fully explained the options and costs. I chose the new system. Justin Howard called me the next day and scheduled the installation for the next Monday. They were willing to fit the install to my schedule. Justin kept me informed of the project timeline. Alexander Cisneros and Jesus Echeverria came early Monday morning and got right to work. Anthony Madrid soon joined them and reviewed the project and made sure everything was right. Pedro Cervantes came a little later and provided installation counsel and assistance. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The installation went smoothly with a minimum of disruption. Alex and Jesus answered any questions I had about the equipment or installation. They were neat and tidy. They explained how the system worked and how to operate it. Everyone was positive and happy in the tasks they had. I will continue to use their services for maintaining my HVAC system."

I can't say enough nice things. He took before and after pictures. The vent was completely blocked. Afterwards it looked like new. They use the same equipment as used on HVAC ducts. Very clean process. The price was just slightly higher than a couple of others, but considering the equipment used, the prompt service and the cleanliness, the few bucks didn't matter.
