"I got say, these folks (Bell Bros.) really did go above and beyond..... for that, I am most grateful and appreciative. My dad isn't exactly the most proactive person, so when his A/C unit started making an unusual sound, I decided to do something about it. I called the Bell Bros. and scheduled an appointment to have their $87 tune-up done on his system. But upon arrival, technician Anthony, immediately recognized that is was a more serious problem than we thought. But what caught my attention was more than the usual quote. They REALLY are the "No Surprise Guys". Anthony took the time to explain the situation. Not only detailing the matter at hand, but also providing insight on possible future repairs. Even to be so honest as to provide information on the plausibility of having to replace the system, which no one wants to hear. But, nevertheless, he was honest and ground, which always goes a long way with my family. I am more than content with the service provided by Anthony and Bell Bros. and will always go to them to seek their advise on these matters. I cannot express enough my gratitude for their assistance. I usually do not take time to write reviews, but for these folks I am."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

"When it became clear that my existing HVAC system needed to be replaced, I initallycontacted thecompany that was the original maintenance contractor.  They made a proposal for system replacement, but, would not give me a paper contract explaining the complete work to be provided.  Indeed, said contractor proceeded to try to sell me additional items I did not want or need.
I subsequently called Diamond for an estimate.  Bob came to the house and thoroughly explained various options and provided
written contracts for the alternate proposals.  The straight talk approach was really appreciated (especially after the snake oil salesman from the prior vendor).  After a day's review, I authorized Diamond to proceed with the installation.
The Diamond staff showed up on time and finished the installation by the end of the second day.  They were extremely professional and patiently explained what was happening at each stage of the project.  Behing the professional staff, Bob an Elaine Weatherford remained in contact to make sure that I was happy with the work.
My only concern after the project was completed was the interaction between the new system and the smart vent system.  Bob and his staff made sure the my concerns were resolved.
I unconditionally recommend Diamond HVAC sysems to anyone who wants to depend on dealing with honest, no nonsense, business professionals.

"I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. The four inspectors with the water department said that he had done an excellent job and that I got the deal of a lifetime. My neighbors all have his business card and we will use Bill Bellas in the future!"

"The fireplace installed was very nice and for the most part I was happy with the gas fireplace itself.  The down side of the installation was that finding a source for the electricity required for the firebox left me with two large holes drilled in my bedroom wall in order to reach the fire box to provide the electricity needed for its operation.  I ended up with two holes because the first attempt did not successfully reach the fireplace so another hole was drilled about 1 foot from that.  These holes are about 1" - 2" in size.  The need to drill was discussed prior to the installation and I understood the need to find an electrical source and I agreed with using my bedroom because the original proposed site was right next to the fireplace and would have looked unsightly when completed.  I must admit that I had no idea how unsightly these holes were going to look prior to giving the go ahead.  In retrospect I think they need to do a much better job on the electrical portion of the installation and include using both an electrician to properly wire the box for its electrical needs and a drywall person to repair any sheetrock damage done to complete the installation.  Their proposed use of a cable cover over these large holes doesn't properly address the problem and degrades their workmanship"

"I appreciate that they texted me within the hour and gave me a timeframe of 2 hours for the appt (so I didn't have to wait all day).  They sent AJ to look at my air conditioner, he tested it and within 20 minutes he had it fixed!  He reset it, replaced the batteries and fixed the connections.  He let me know what he was doing each step of the way and had recommendations. I was so relieved that it only cost a service visit- I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends
