"Edgar and his dad responded to my query online very quickly. We talked about poisoned oak that was originating from my HOA area, but into my small garden plantings and patio. Given I am allergic, I needed help ASAP vs waiting for a very slow HOA (there had been no action after 7 days). We agreed for them to swing by early evening after a full day of yard work, and either they could make a recommend and come back, or take care of then. Communication was great, very responsive, professional and kind. They quickly pulled up tons of roots (even more than I thought was there) from both my patio garden, and into the HOA area where these plants originated. I am so happy that I get to enjoy my space again and will certainly call again when needed. I highly recommend Bautista and Son's for yard work, clearing, etc..."
