"I had to manage this project from 5 hours away, and Mariella was very responsive and helpful by sending pictures when asked, to help me determine what was needed, and showing me material choices. They replaced a weedy, scruffy front yard area with a weed barrier and a gravel cover complimentary to the property. They also cleaned up some overgrown ivy and some needed tree trimming. We agreed on the scope and the bid, they came a couple of days later and did the job in one day. Very happy with the result, and would highly recommend them!"

  • Reseed old, damaged lawn with new grass that fares better in your environment. 

  • Remove grass from your yard so you no longer need to worry about lawn care costs.

It’s a good idea to aerate your lawn in the fall or spring when there is plenty of moisture in the soil. If you plan to aerate twice annually, you can do so once in the fall and once in the spring. You don’t want to aerate when your grass is dormant, and you also don’t want to aerate directly after a big rain, as the soil will be too wet for the aeration to be effective.

Short answer: yes. Although aeration is beneficial for most lawns and soil types, if it’s done too frequently, you can weaken the grass’s roots so much that they’ll begin to have trouble.
