He sincerely apologized. they did the work, did fine with the trees, then I asked them to blow the leaves out of the front yard, paid them an extra $40. Not such a good job for $40. asked for an estimate for the back yard - waaayyy too much. i don't understand why people think they can charge $600 to prune 2 vines and blow out the yard. Business as usual is not the way to do business anymore. Sure, maybe some people have $600 lying around, but most of us don't. Carlos was very respectful, however, which does go a ways. I would hire him again to prune trees only."
