He is a licensed professional plumber who will get a plumbing permit if the type of plumbing repairs or installation requires a permit and you want to pay the small cost of the permit to have the work inspected. He installed a new hot water heater and did a quality installation that didn't have any problems passing the city of Fairfield plumbing inspection department.
