The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "Window measured, created, and installed in a reasonable time frame. Had to pick up broken glass (from old window) after. At first rain the window leaked from one of the screws in the inside top of the frame; I called Roxy and they sent someone out to caulk that screw. At the next rain the another screw leaked so I went ahead and caulked all the screws. Could be a flashing or other wall issue... Otherwise window has performed well over the last year."
