"Carmelo did an excellent job on installing a gas fitting for my new dryer. He installed the fittings and got my dryer hooked up. He went above and beyond and also helped me light my pilot light on my water heater! He explained what he would do, performed the work and cleaned up after himself! Great job Carmelo!"

"Mr. is a plumber of course of course. I called him and he was responsive. He came out and I needed more work done than what we had planned. He took care of it all. He was very professional and the work was quality. If you ever need a plumber, please be sure to call Ed. I have used other plumbing services in the past for other issues but this guy has it down. No hidden costs, he has all the costs for each thing in writing in his folder and they are very reasonable."

"We had a water leak in our first‑floor ceiling, and Mr. Woody Stillman was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to carefully diagnose the problem and traced it back to a single faucet—saving us from having to open the ceiling to locate the leak. His professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine care really stood out. We’re incredibly grateful for his help, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy professional."

"I would definitely call 1207 Industries, Drain and Water Plumbing Services again. We sought out several quotes for our broken sewer line. Their diagnostics were the most clear. Their explanations with the different options were thorough. We never felt like they were "upselling" the service. The work was performed expertly and all signs of work were cleaned up completely. This family-owned and operated company exceeded our expectations. Thank you Roberto and Roberto for the outstanding service."

"Fast, friendly. Took time to explain details in a way I could understand. Little frustrated that the final price was higher than quoted on phone, even though I fully explained that I do not have consumer side sewer cleanout."

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

Safety precautions include proper ventilation, regular inspections for leaks, and ensuring tanks and fittings are in good condition to prevent accidental release or fire hazards.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

Yes, professional services include proper fuel line connection and ventilation to meet safety codes.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

Yes, most states require a plumber to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations. Check our state licensing tool to review the local plumber guidelines.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification, which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
