"Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. Eric went and got the parts but had to go back to the hardware store to return and get the correct part. We never was given the receipt for the parts. Eric did show me the receipt but I didn't have my glasses on and he took the receipt with him when he left. The one part of the replacment didn't fit, so he just put the old part back on and took (the part that he said didn't fit) with him. When he was asked to return because the spout/diverter was was leaking he did come right back. However the problem of leaking is still happening and it wasn't leaking before his service call. So we're a little disappointed with that. His solution is to make the pipe longer (spend more money) but the pipe was fine with the old spout/diverter. Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. He's a nice young man but I think he's inexperienced. And he should take a job out of his normal area if he's going to complain about have to come back to fix his work. He complained it cost him $40 in gas. Sorry kiddo, I told him our address and he could have said it was too far. So in that respect he's a little immature."

"Miguel and company did an outstanding job plumbing my gas line for a BBQ grill in my back yard. The price was unbelieveable, work was efficient, and the finished product worked as promised. Miguel does not believe in price gouging, unlike two contractors I received quotes from. Onw wanted to charge two times what M Galindo plumbing charged, and the other... 3.5 times the price! For the small job I wanted to do, I thought the other companies wanted too much, and Miguel confirmed this.
